Alchemy Cafe

Alchemy Cafe is run by husband and wife team Sofia & Florian, who wish to bring to the small community of Dawson a new way of relating to food and each other by supporting local food, fair trade organic coffee, sustainable farming practices, creativity and a sense of community that values good conversations, sharing of stories and information. Alchemy Cafe is one of the only establishments in Dawson that does not serve alcohol, which makes it child & youth friendly. Alchemy cafe takes into consideration people with food allergies who find it hard to eat out when all that is on offer is burgers & fries. We wish to give people an alternative to the usual north american fair and promote healthy eating practices in a country where obesity is an epidemic. All our sauces, dips, dressings, cakes & desserts are made in Alchemy Cafe kitchen. You won't find fresher food in Dawson than at Alchemy Cafe. At Alchemy Cafe we pride ourselves in the best quality food, coffee, smoothies and the only fresh juice in Dawson. If you are looking for cheep fast food- this is probably not your place. If you are looking for a delicious culinary and beautiful quality coffee and healthy experience unlike any other in Dawson- this is your place!
